Chapter 3: Sex Hair

I groaned in irritation as I walked into Andy's house and shut the door behind me, the blaring music that was coming from one of the bedrooms down the hallway giving me an instant headache from its volume.

I guess tonight is going to be that kind of a night.

I just left a noisy ass club and was not in the mood to join another one. Sleep was the only thing that was calling my name, so persuading that the living room's hardwood floor looked like a cloud to me.

After walking over to the kitchen door, I pushed it open and froze as I saw some kid standing by the counter. He looked over his shoulder as he heard me and smirked, bringing one of his hands up to his mouth where he let his tongue lick the brown paper that he was rolling.

Splendid.

He turned around and leaned against the counter before his eyes started traveling across my body, speculating what they found in some type of a way that made me feel nothing but uncomfortable underneath his lazy gaze.

Don't get me wrong, the kid was good looking and all but...

Something about his demeanor was intimidating.

It made his presence around me unappreciated.

I went to turn around and head back out into the living room again but his coarse sounding voice stopped me. "Awe, come on, there's no need for you to leave." I raised an eyebrow at him and he grinned, his teeth over his bottom lip as he held his hand out. "You in?"

"I don't smoke."

He pouted as he cocked his head to the side. "There's always a first time for everything, don't you think?"

"No, I don't think," I mocked him as I placed my arms across my chest. "I'm good on your offer, asshole."

He hummed, keeping his gaze on me as he pulled out a lighter from one of his jean pockets. "That's a shame." I narrowed my eyes at him when he started heading towards me as I stood by the door, all the while bringing the tree up to his mouth and lighting it up. I fisted my hands together as he exhaled, letting the thick smoke hit my face. "What's your name, doll face?"

I cocked my head to the side as I scrunched my eyebrows together. "It sure the fuck isn't doll face."

He whistled. "You're a fucking wildcat, aren't you?"

I rolled my eyes at his excitement as I turned around and pushed the door open, wanting nothing more than to get away from this moron. As soon as I felt his fingers around my arm, I closed my eyes. "Get your goddamn hand off of me."

He laughed behind me before he pulled me back into the room and I yanked my arm out of his grip with a growl before I turned around to face him. "Awe, don't be like that," he whispered with a lazy smile and glassy eyes, running one of his hands down the front of my hoodie. "I'm just looking to have a good time."

Pushing him away from me, I shook my head at his unwanted flirting. "I wouldn't touch me if I were you, motherfucker."

"And why is that?" he asked, his eyes dancing with entertainment.

"I'm here with Andy," I answered, hoping that it came out sounding like a threat.

He took a step towards me with a smirk — letting me know that my declaration did absolutely nothing at all in phasing this kid — causing me to take a step back. "Andy is my cousin, who won't mind sharing his goods."

It's going to be a long fucking night, I take it.

Not three seconds after my back hit the door, it was pulled open and I quickly grabbed a hold of the kid's tee shirt to keep myself from falling backwards. His smirk widened as he lowered his head, his disgusting pleasure seeking eyes on my fingers as they held onto the fabric that was covering his chest. "Nice grip," he whispered.

I gritted my teeth as I gave his shirt a quick pull — wishing that I had enough strength to just rip the shit down the middle — before letting it go and pushing him away from my space. Looking over my shoulder to find out who opened the door, my jaw dropped as I saw Mr. Fucking Blue Eyes standing there, whose attention was on the other kid. "Everything cool in here, James?"

I looked over at this James character as he started walking backwards, towards the counter. "All's good, man. I'm just smoking up."

Turning my attention back to Blue Eyes, my brows furrowed — like what the hell did I do — when I was met with his glare that was directed at me. "You good?" he asked in a whisper.

I nodded, wondering why he was even here. "Where's Andy?"

"He's in the bathroom," Jasper answered before he walked over to the other side of the room, his eyes on the back of James' head as the kid faced the counter while he continued to smoke. "I'm just here getting myself a much needed refill," he continued, grabbing a few beers from one of the coolers that were placed by the wall. I raised a brow when he reached the kitchen door and nudged my shoulder. "I'm heading back. Come with?"

I smiled as I gave him a small nod, suddenly thankful for his ass being here, even though I didn't know why. Giving me a wink, Blue Eyes pushed the door open with his hip, letting me walk through before following suit. Nearing the hallway, I placed my arms across my chest and looked at him. "I haven't seen you around here."

He shrugged at my observation before we reached Andy's bedroom door. After unnecessarily kicking it open with one of his knees, he nodded for me to go inside, ignoring my raised eyebrow at his 'no comment' attitude. "Ladies first."

Conversation done, I guess.

I stepped inside and looked around, wanting to see who I would have to deal with for the rest of the night.

Well. That's something new and goddamn surprising. Only two chicks.

It was typically more when it came down to Andy and his normal crew of hookers.

One broad had bright — blind me — red, long as shit, curly ass hair. She was sitting on top of the radiator by the open window, smoking a cigarette. As her shiny blue eyes met my dull brown ones, a sneer left her mouth and I grinned before turning my attention to the other chick.

This one had strait blonde hair. Her back was facing me so I never got the delight of hearing her sneer. Plus, I guess that she was too busy to bother with me, giggling in between whispered conversations with the dude who I couldn't see, since she was basically sitting on top of his lap, smothering the poor kid in the process.

Well…don't fucking mind me, hooker. Do you.

I climbed onto Andy's bed and crawled over to the other side that was by the wall so that I could lean against it and face the assembly of people who I didn't know — with the exception of Blue Eyes, who I've met twice before. Laying my chin on top of my bent knees, I wrapped my arms around my thighs and just fucking sat there as I watched everyone chit chat among themselves, feeling completely awkward, uncomfortable, and out of place.

What was taking Andy so long, man?

I looked over at Jasper while he sat on the floor in boredom, with his back against the wall behind him. As I opened my mouth to ask the kid why he was even here, the bedroom door swung open and slammed against the wall, causing my body to jump from the sound. I lifted my chin from my knees and rolled my eyes at Andy, whose livid filled ones met my form a second before he stepped into the room with a growl.

So much for talking.

I looked around the room when everyone stopped their conversations to turn their attention to the lunatic who was pointing at me, his body now shaking in anger. A small gasp escaped my throat when I noticed the kid...

Holy shit, messy bronze hair owner, holy shit.

How is it possible for a motherfucker to look that good?

I lowered my head as soon as the kid's attention left Andy when he started heading towards me, not wanting to get caught eye fucking the shit out of him after spending a good minute — or eight, but who's counting — staring at his lick-able worthy features.

"What were you doing with James?" Andy spat as I felt the bed shake a bit when he jumped on top of it.

I raised an eyebrow at him when I lifted my head and found him standing above me, acting as if he was some kind of a God. Noticing that everyone was staring at the both of us with shock, I groaned from the humiliation of having a goddamn audience before I stood up and took a hold of his hand, my tight fingers around him silently telling the asshole that he was going to get it. After jumping off of the bed, I pulled Andy towards the door with force, needing to get him out of this room.

Because I was honestly ten seconds away from killing him in front of his buddies.

As soon as I stepped out into the hallway, he pulled me back in, nearly making me trip over my own two feet. Turning around and letting my eyes burn his with a glare that was too pissed the hell off, I growled. "Let's go."

"You're a whore!"

Nice

Way to get a story strait.

As I was getting ready to kick his goddamn ass into another continent, Blue Eyes and Bronze Hair stood up from their seats with scrunched together eyebrows before they headed over to us. I placed my arms across my chest when Blue Eyes stood beside me, the other one positioning himself slightly in between Andy and I. Placing one of his hands over the asshole's shoulder, I looked at at him as he started talking. "Come on, man. Let's go outside and smoke a cigarette, yeah?"

Oh shit on my life with that goddamn honey voice.

Andy shrugged his hand off of his shoulder as he kept his eyes on mine. "You and I need to talk, alone."

Right. Like that's going to happen.

Blue Eyes laughed as he gently nudged me away from the door. Stepping into the hallway, he nodded at Andy as he looked over his shoulder. "Fuck this whole scene, dude. I want to show you something that I have in my car, anyway. Come on."

"You stay here," Andy ordered me as he stepped out of the room.

I walked up to the door when I saw them start heading down the hallway. "Count on it, you idiot," I mumbled to myself as I gave Andy's retreating form the middle finger for honestly thinking that he could tell me what the fuck to do.

After they both disappeared from my sight, I turned around to face the room again and almost choked when I came face to face with the most prettiest goddamn green eyes that were seriously just staring right back at me.

Was I…drooling?

I lifted my hand and ran my fingers across my mouth before a killer smirk showed itself across his own. I grimaced — internally, of course — before I quickly turned around and walked out of the room, like my ass was sprinkled with gasoline and there was a match nearby, ready to set it on fire.

Stepping outside, I breathed in the cool air as I made my way across the small porch. Taking a seat on one of the lawn chairs, I shook my head, kind of bummed out because Andy was high, and pissed off because I had to deal with him being that way, seeing as to how I didn't have anywhere else to fucking go tonight.

You see what I mean about us just using each other?

While I was contemplating ways on how to kill Andy a few minutes later, my eyebrows scrunched together as I heard the front door open and then close. I turned my head to the sound and looked over my shoulder, only to see Sex Hair making an appearance as he walked out onto the porch. He raised an eyebrow at me as he headed towards the chair that was placed next to mine, his gentle and soft looking hands patting down his jean pockets. "You mind if I smoke out here? The room's choked up with it."

Baby, you can do whatever you want to fucking do.

To me, preferably.

"Alright," he laughed, causing me to grimace. "So, I'll take that as a yes?"

There I go again, saying shit out loud like it's a cool thing to do.

I lowered my head and cursed my nonexistent filter as I felt a blush overtaking my pale cheeks. As I heard the kid's chair being pushed a bit closer to me, I looked up and raised an eyebrow at his nonchalant shrug after he took a seat. "Honestly, don't stress it. I tend to have that same exact effect on the female population."

And cue me rolling my eyes.

I leaned back into my chair, keeping my gaze on him while he kept his own on mine as I watched him place a cigarette in between his puffy lips with his long fingers — that I kind of wanted to bite — before lighting it up. I quickly looked away as he inhaled something deep, his eyes a bit too piercing while they roamed across my face.

We sat there for a good time, the kid humming some tune — and probably thinking that the chick next to him suffered from urinary problems — while my foot tapped against the ground in speed that began to tire my leg.

knew that he was blatantly staring at me because I could practically feel his eyes on my skin, and goddamn it all if the attention wasn't starting to irk me.

Having enough of it, I looked over at him with narrowed eyes, causing him to smirk as he flicked his cigarette out into the yard. Leaning back into his chair again, he ran his fingers through his hair and broke the silence as he gave me a small nod. "So, what's your story?"

I scrunched my eyebrows together. "My story?"

He nodded before his gaze fell down to the ground by his sneakers, where it became a little irritated looking. I raised an eyebrow at the kid's hair as he sat up some and bent over to pick up a random cigarette filter that someone tossed onto the porch earlier. Returning his attention back to me, he flicked it out into the yard, not at all acting as if his behavior was kind of weird. "Yeah, you know, your story. Tell me about yourself."

It's like, do I fucking know you, dude?

What kind of shit is he trying to pull with me here?

My goddamn story, though?

Who just goes out and asks that question to someone who they just met?

"Oh riiiiiiight!" I started in some excited type of a whisper, throwing my hands up in the air as if to say why the hell didn't I think of that. "Well, I mean...this is...huge. Are you sure that you're ready for it? Because, I'm one hell of a fascinating person, man. I don't know if you understand this fact."

He nodded as he pulled out another smoke, waiting for me to begin.

"Well, let's see, where should I start?" I asked in a soft and sarcastic hum.

He shrugged, "Start where you want."

"Yeah, get the fuck real, you asshole," I growled, irritated at his casualness. At my outburst, the left side of his mouth raised higher than the right side before he inhaled his cigarette. "I don't even fucking know you, what makes you think that I'm going to tell you about myself?" I continued as I leaned towards him a bit. "The only information that I got from your dumb ass is seeing that you're all buddy buddy with Andy. With that observation being as it is, your try of  'Let's get to know each other,' is a wasted effort. Do yourself a solid and give up on it, you prick."

His smirk widened, causing my jaw to drop. "Well, I see that you're socially brilliant with people who you just meet, yeah? I'm kind of surprised that you were out here all alone before I came out. I mean, you should have a following of some sort."

"Oh my God, this is us meeting right now?" I asked with dramatic wide eyes, staying put, all up in his space. He nodded as he leaned back into his chair, his lips tightly pressed together as he tried to hide his smile. "Well, shit, where the fuck are my manners? Allow me to formally introduce myself," I started as I held one of my hands out to him. "My name is non-of-your-goddamn-business. You must be can't-take-a-hint-asswipe. So nice to meet you."

A soft laugh escaped his throat before he grabbed onto my hand. After shaking it, he kept a hold on me as he replied to my humor. "Well, Ms. Non-of-your-goddamn-business, you might be on the right track with calling me an asswipe, but you have my name wrong."

I raised a brow, kind of interested in what his brilliant mom named her God-like son.

Shit, if she named him God, I wouldn't blame the woman.

He let his grip go from my fingers and leaned back into his chair, keeping his eyes on me as he brought the smoke up to his mouth. "It's Edward." Taking a small drag, he let it out with a grin. "It's a pleasure to meet you, whatever your real name is."

"Oh, but the pleasure is all mine," I whispered, mocking sincerity.

He rolled his eyes at me before he looked out into the yard. "I bet."

"And," I continued, getting his attention as I laughed. "It's Bella."

He lowered his head and smiled, causing me to mimic the kid's expression, his sudden shyness infectious. As I heard him start humming again after a few seconds of silence, I rolled my eyes and leaned back into my chair.

After a minute or two, I heard him whisper my name. I lifted my head and met his eyes as I placed my hoodie up over my hair. "What brings you around here?" he asked with a raised brow. "With Andy's crowd? Do you use or something?"

I looked at him, like…this motherfucker.

"Are you…" I paused, cocking my head to the side a bit.

His brows furrowed. "Am I what?"

"Are you okay, up there?" I asked, tapping my temple.

His jaw dropped a bit. "Why would you think that I'm not?" he asked, kind of offended.

"Oh no, I'm sorry," I whispered, waving my hands around. "I honestly don't even know where that insane idea came from. That question of yours was a typical one to ask a motherfucker who you just met. Do you kind of want to talk about our deep and darkest secrets? I mean, should we get personal right now?"

Trying to hide his amusement, he rolled his eyes at me as he tossed his cigarette out into the yard. I laughed at the kid's attempts of trying to get to know me as he stood up with a mumbled "Jesus Christ" leaving his throat.

After a few seconds of stretching his back out, he broke my hilarity by nodding towards the house. "I think that I'm done chain smoking for the night." I raised an eyebrow, not understanding why he felt a need to point that out to me. "You want to head in?"

I clapped in mock excitement as I stood up. "Oh goodie! Thank the Lord that you're done, Edward, because I was waiting on pins and needles for your ass, of course. Like you weren't the one who joined me out here."

He walked over to the front door and held it open for me with a wide smile. "After you, princess."

I stomped over to him with a growl and shoved myself into the living room, letting my shoulder intentionally hit his chest as I passed by, causing him to stumble a little from the unexpectedness before giving me a grin. I gritted my teeth as I started heading towards the hallway. "Don't fucking call me a princess, Assward."

He caught up to me after a few seconds and nudged my shoulder. "Assward?"

Seeing the bedroom door, I gave him the finger before I started walking a bit faster, wanting to reach it first. "Yeah, the fuck, right," he laughed before he jogged ahead of me, beating me at my own goddamn mission.

Holding back my irritation when I reached the arrogant prick, I raised an eyebrow at him instead, seeing as to how he was just standing in front of the closed door. "Well, what the fuck are you waiting for, you imbecile?"

"Oh, did you expect me to open it for you, Bella?" he asked, placing his hands inside the pockets of his jacket. "And here I thought that you were some kind of a broad who didn't appreciate shit like that."

I rolled my eyes at him before I opened the door. "Thank God that I won't see your ass after tonight."

Andy looked up at me with an apologetic smile as he sat on the floor with the rest of his clan, smoking up. Ignoring Edward when he went to tell me something, I stepped into the room and headed over to the bed that I was previously occupying. After crawling over to my spot against the wall, I watched as Blonde Hair started running towards Assward, who wasn't paying her any mind as he took a seat on one of the couches that were placed across the room. I grimaced as the broad jumped, and was about to tell the prick to watch out, but his hands quickly went to her hips, catching her before she was able to land on top of his lap and squash his balls. She giggled in response to who the fuck knows what, and Edward looked away from her with narrowed eyes, seemingly annoyed.

When Andy started heading towards me after standing up from the floor, I leaned back and rolled my eyes at Jasper's noticeable unease as he kept his attention on the asshole who — judging from his everything's golden demeanor — honestly thought that I was A-the fuck-okay with what went down in this room earlier.

The worry that was clearly evident across Blue Eyes' face was completely unnecessary. Andy got his 'fill' while I was outside, which meant that the tantrum that he threw earlier was now over. At least, for tonight.

"I'm sorry, baby," Andy tried as he climbed onto the bed. Taking a seat in front of me, he frowned at the clear dislike that my narrowed eyes showed him. "I'm just overprotective of you. I didn't mean to upset you earlier."

Looking at him like the idiot that he was, I shook my head at his explanation. "You're unbelievable, dude."

He smiled — like a dumb ass who took my sarcastic response as a compliment — as he placed his hand over my cheek. When he tried to pull my face towards his, I laughed — simply because the asshole thinking that he could kiss me was hilarious, and so not fucking happening — and slapped his arm away before I leaned back. "I'm, one hundred percent, done with your bullshit, Andy. I mean, honestly, you seem to think that the two of us are in this 'relationship.' It's unrealistic and quite frankly, fucking delusional. Whatever this nonexistent thing is, it's over. Get it through your goddamn head, because on a serious note, your behavior is creeping me out."

He grinned as he leaned towards me again, which only caused the thought of possibly needing to promptly 302 his ass cross my mind. "You honestly think that it's over, B? Because I can guarantee you that's it not."

"Andy, please don't make me fucking laugh."

He raised an eyebrow at the blatant grimace over my features. "What exactly do you find so funny?"

"How you..." jab to his chest, "can guarantee me..." jab to his mouth, "that it's not over," jab to his forehead.

He shrugged as he stayed put. "I want you, Bella…and if I cant fucking have you, than no one can."

As I was mentally getting ready to call up Dr. Phil, his lips thought that it was cool to meet up with my throat. I growled a "Fuck you, Andy," as I pushed his face away from being in my goddamn space. Climbing over him, I glared at his pout with a shake of my head before I stood up and jumped off of the lunatic's bed. "I'm gone."

Hearing his heavy footsteps behind as I made my way through his room, I quickened my pace without looking back. As soon as I reached the door, I felt his hands grab a hold of my hoodie — which pissed me the hell off to begin with — before he pulled me away from my exit with a low growl leaving his chest. "Are you stupid?"

At the asshole's question, I turned around with gritted teeth and pushed him away from me, causing his grip to leave my fabric as he stumbled back into Blonde Hair, who looked over her shoulder and glared at me, like I was the one who disturbed her. As Andy pushed himself off of the broad, Edward's attention left the guy who was talking to him before he met my eyes with a grin, seeming to not know what was taking place around him.

After walking over to me again, Andy wrapped his arms around my shoulders and laughed, trying to eliminate the attention that his fall caused as he slowly backed the both of us up to the door. Placing his mouth over my ear, he hissed something soft and unwanted. "You're mine, Bella. What don't you understand about that fact?"

I placed my hands against his chest and shoved him away, his insanity making me beyond nervous now. As I reached behind me to open the door, he quickly took a step forward and grabbed a hold of my hoodie, once the fuck again. "Where are you going, B?" he spat, roughly pulling me towards him. "You're not leaving me."

Now, I'm fed up.

Honestly, people.

I'm thoroughly fed up.

Punching his hand off of my goddamn fabric — that mind you, people who know me know not to touch — I snapped in a growl that I wasn't able to control the volume of. "I'm gone, Andy! Get it through your head!"

At my voice, Edward patted Blonde Hair's hip. "Stand up."

As the broad climbed off of his lap, I went to leave — more than upset that this whole thing caught someone's attention when I honestly didn't mean for it too — but Andy grabbed a hold of my hand, stopping my retreat.

When Edward reached us, he gave the back of Andy's neck a few light taps before letting his hand rest over the muscles there. "A—man, what are you doing?" he asked with a raised eyebrow. "The girl wants to leave."

Andy's grip around my arm tensed as he kept his glare on me. "Yo, E—Man, I got this. You can go away."

Edward grinned, lowering his head with a slight shake as his — previously relaxed — fingers tightened around Andy's neck, causing my eyes to widen. "Bro...I honestly don't think that you get what I'm trying to tell you." Stepping in between us, Edward lifted his head as he took a hold of Andy's wrist before pulling his hand off of my arm. "Let me try and explain it to you better," the kid continued, standing in front of me. "The chick who is behind me said that she's gone, meaning that she wants to fucking leave. Now, I don't know the specifics, as in what exactly she wants out of, whether it be from your place or from your involvement, but my point is that she doesn't seem to want to be in your company as of right now. You saw that earlier when you acted like a dip-shit, and you saw that a second ago, by the way that she was glaring at you as you put your fucking hands on her."

A few seconds of silence passed before Andy took a hold of Edward's wrist, a slight grimace over his face as the kid's fingers noticeably tightened around his neck even more. "Do you understand my clarification, man?"

Meeting Edward's raised eyebrow, Andy nodded. "Yeah, E. I got it. I'm sorry."

Edward's jaw tensed as his other hand went to the front of Andy's neck, where the kid earned himself a better hold as all of his fingers surrounded the asshole's throat. "I'm not the one who needs the apology, you fucking dope show. You crossed the line with Bella, not me." Moving over to the side a bit, he kept his eyes on Andy as he brought me back into view. "Do what your mother taught you to do before I snap your goddamn neck."

"I'm sorry, Bella."

Well, that's something new.

I never, ever, saw Andy back down that quickly.

Edward whispered a "Good man" with a wide smile as he let his hands fall from their hold. As the kid — who, keep in mind, I just met tonight — looked over his shoulder, he gave Andy's back a friendly pat and nodded towards the hallway. 'Go ahead, you're good,' he mouthed at me.

Yeah, you don't need to tell me twice.

I stepped out of the room and quietly closed the door behind me, not looking back and wondering what the hell that was about as I made my way out of Andy's place. After getting into my truck, I put my key into the ignition and groaned when I heard the all too familiar sound that my baby produced, painstakingly telling me that my battery died.

Did you people know that it was a known fact that life hated me?

I stepped out of my truck and kicked the door after slamming it shut.

Then, I apologized to it…cause it didn't fault. The fucking battery did.

Leaving my truck be, I started heading down the street to walk my ass home, talking to no one but myself.

And don't look at me like that, motherfuckers.

It's what I do, when shit decides to get rough.

After a couple of minutes of back and forth chit chatting that incorporated a growl or two in between words, I started hearing footsteps behind me.

Which, cued my fucking paranoia...

Which, caused me to start running.

Bella Swan + Running = Disaster waiting to happen.

So, here I goddamn am again, on the goddamn ground, after tripping over my own two goddamn feet. "Fuck my life!" I screamed, punching the air as I closed my eyes with no clear intention of getting up.

If I ended up getting mugged as a result, it would only complete my fucking day.

"Shit, Bella!" I heard after a second, causing my eyes to snap open in recognition of Sex Hair's voice.

Oh God, no. Please, no. No, no, no, no.

After the kid reached me, he kneeled down a bit, letting his eyes roam my face. "Are you alright?"

I mean, does it look like I'm fucking alright?

I nodded after a few seconds went by in silence — not really in the mood to tell the kid exactly how excellent my day and night went so far — as I slowly began to sit up. "Yep. I'm good. This shit happens on the regular, just like I told Jasper. So, honestly, no sweat."

"Here," he whispered as he placed his hands over my hips to lift me off of the ground. "Let me help you up."

I pushed his hands away with a shake of my head, putting his aid to a quick stop. "I got down here by myself, so I can get up the same exact way. Don't be an idiot. Idiot."

"Don't be fucking stubborn," he whispered with a roll of his eyes as his hands went back to my hips. "Just —"

"I said that I got it!" I yelled, interrupting the kid as I shoved him away from me with a glare.

Bad day, like I said.

Looking down at me with pursed lips, he placed his hands up in the air. "Christ, okay, you got it. Clearly."

I stood up and ran my hands over my poor — took too many hits — ass as I raised an eyebrow at him. "Can you tell me why you were following me, like a creeper? You scared the shit out of me, hence me running from you, hence me falling on my ass, because of you."

"I just wanted to make sure that you got home okay. I stepped outside to smoke a cigarette and saw the little kick that you threw at your truck before you stalked away from it." Cocking his head to the side, he smirked before he continued. "Also, I could've sworn that I heard you start talking to yourself, which is pretty funny."

I rolled my eyes at his cockiness as I placed my hands into my hoodie pockets. "Yeah, well it decided to die on me. Whatever, shit happens. I have no problem in walking home, though. I don't live that far away, so..."

He nodded as he stayed out. "Cool." I raised an eyebrow at him, seeing as to how he wasn't heading back to where he was before. "I'll walk you home," he added.

I laughed as I shook my head. "Not necessary, dude. I'm golden."

"Bella, it's fucking late," he mumbled as he placed his arms across his chest. "I'm not going to just let you walk yourself home alone. I'd be retarded to do so and my mom would literally kick my ass if she ever found out."

"You're mom's not here, is she?" I asked.

He rolled his eyes as he shook his head. "No, but she has this way of finding shit out, regardless. Plus, you're a chick, so...come on."

"And? What does me being a chick have to do with me not being able to walk myself home?" I asked, more than ready to strangulate this goddamn prick.

"Chicks are fucking vulnerable," he answered with a simple shrug, as if the shit was obvious.

Just like that, huh?

Well, I'll show him fucking vulnerable.

Taking a step towards him, I looked into the kid's green eyes and nearly choked from their allure before I told my head to get back into the game. With a raised eyebrow, I cocked my head to the side a tad while my gaze traveled down his body before making its way up again.

Meeting his eyes again after my assessment was through, I bit onto my bottom lip, causing his body in front of mine to visibly tense up as he looked down at it, the kid's whole demeanor a bit hypnotized by its entrapment.

After a few seconds went by, I smirked, thus allowing my lip its freedom in the process. Edward cleared his throat before his eyes left my mouth and went up to my own. "What are you doing?"

Damn, this kid smells fucking epic.

Instead of answering his question, I placed my palms against his chest for support before I slowly stood up on my tippy toes, bringing my face closer to his, bit by bit. Stopping my ascend when our noses were centimeters away, my eyes followed his own as they found my mouth, once again. As the kid's tongue softly ran across his bottom lip, I held onto my laughter and tilted my head up, causing him in response to twist his own to the side. "Fucking shit!" he spat a second later as he fell down onto the ground with his hands over his jewels.

After lowering my knee, I smiled like a kid on goddamn Christmas day as I stepped over his body. Making my way down the street, I looked over my shoulder with a raised eyebrow. "I'm fucking vulnerable, yeah?"

He groaned in answer as he curled up into the fetal position.

I snorted. "I'll see you around," I whispered to myself with a shrug. "Or not."

Fucking men.

  1. I like the way you have added more to this. It gives me a little more of a visual, and understanding of the characters.
